By using the website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or you have at least the authority and or consent of your parents / guardians to do so.
In the terms and conditions stated below, the words; ‘we’ and ‘us’ refers to ‘TheDiamondFacet.com’, wherein ‘You’ refers to the individual placing the order.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any given point in time. Any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the site and the same will be notified with updated dates in the title. It becomes your sole responsibility to visit them.
Your continued use of the website would indicate your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
The images displayed on the website may not show the actual size of the products. All sizes, weights and measurements are approximate and are for guidance only.
We guarantee that the diamonds will not fall-off your jewellery at any given point in time, however there are chances of them (diamonds) being dislodged due to rough handling and routine usage. We therefore, recommend you to fully insure your diamond jewellery since loss of diamonds is not covered under our guarantees.
From here on in the document, TheDiamondFacet.com will be referred to as the ‘TDF’.

Order

Orders placed on www.thediamondfacet.com will be subject to acceptance in accordance to the terms and conditions.

On placing the order and checking out, you are making an offer to accept the goods at the stated price subject to the terms and conditions.
On acceptance, we will send you an order acknowledgement which will have all your order details agreed by you at the time of placing the order. However, such acknowledgement will not be treated as a binding contract and the order will not be treated as ‘accepted’ for the following reasons:
- Payment not authorized;
- Partial payment pending;
- Products out of stock;
- Error on the website with respect the stated price amount;
- Order being cancelled.

Your order is an offer to purchase which, if accepted, will result in a binding contract. Your offer to purchase is accepted by TDF, when you have received an email dispatch confirmation.

Shipping

Free Insured Shipping is applicable to all the products displayed on the TDF website and the dispatch dates for the order would be mentioned and clarified at the time of placing the order.
All the efforts will be made to dispatch and deliver the products within the stipulated and communicated timescale; however, delays could be inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances.
At all times, we will keep you updated about any such delays and inform you about the next date.

Pricing and payment

We take the payment at the time the order is placed and the card details will be verified by the merchant bank for security purposes.
All major credit cards and debit cards like Master Card, Maestro, Visa and American Express are accepted by us. You can also place an order over the phone by calling on our number +91 8879 7878 00.
The prices shown are inclusive of Taxes (GST), Packaging and Delivery charges.
Products are not shipped until and unless complete payment is received for the order placed through TDF website or on the above number.

Returns and Refunds

Special orders cannot be returned. Special return conditions apply to such special orders and you agree to a non-refundable payment.
Special orders are items which are not displayed on the website and are ordered by giving a sketch or a diagrammatic presentation to TDF.
Jewellery which is engraved, pierced (earrings) or jewellery which was of the wrong dimensions at the time of ordering are not accepted for returns.
Any coins/bars (Gold or Platinum) ordered from TDF website will not be applicable for any returns.
Every product apart from the ones mentioned above can be returned for a complete refund within the stipulated time frame mentioned at the time of placing the order.
Any Diamond which has fallen of any ornament (such as ring, necklace, bracelet, etc) or lost will not be covered under our return policy and no replacement will be guaranteed. We strongly advise you to get the Jewellery insured to protect yourself against such mishap. Our advice to you is to inspect your item as soon as it arrives, and notify TDF for any defect or damage, if found any. The return would be FREE if the item falls under the 30 Days Exchange or Money-Back Policy. A small shipment fee would be charged for returns under Life-time Exchange and Buy-Back Policy. (Please read our policy document to know more on product eligibility)
We keep a tolerance of +/- 3% for Metal & +/- 10% for diamonds. If the weights (after the product is ready) is lower than the tolerance level then the company will refund the difference amount within 7 working days from shipping the product.

Note: We advise you to contact us before a return order request is placed. Also, please go through our Exchange/Return Procedure to know more on the same. In any case, if the return is handled by you, please return your purchase via recognized couriers or dispatch companies and insure the package for the full amount of the purchase. We shall not be responsible for damage or lost package during shipment.

30 DAYS EXCHANGE & MONEY BACK POLICY: 30 DAYS FREE RETURN

TheDiamondFacet.com offers a 30 DAYS EXCHANGE AND MONEY BACK POLICY. After your purchase, if you are not satisfied with the item purchased, we would gladly offer you an exchange or a refund at its full 100% order value.
For the items to qualify for any exchange or a complete 100% refund, they must be in their original state and must be returned to us with all the accompanied certificates and original packaging. Every product comes with a Security Tag which needs to be intact, as breaking this tag will void your 30 DAYS EXCHANGE AND MONEY BACK POLICY and hence you shall not be eligible for the same. Please note that the purchased item cannot be exchanged more than once while availing of the 30 days exchange policy. Additionally, you are also entitled to Free Return Shipping with our 30 days exchange policy and money back policy.
Note: The 30 days would be counted from the date of receipt of the order shipment by the customer at their doorstep.

LIFETIME EXCHANGE & BUY-BACK POLICY
TheDiamondFacet.com is pleased to offer LIFETIME EXCHANGE AND BUY-BACK for diamond studded jewellery, gemstone jewellery and all solitaires. Below table showcases all the rates/values/deductions (if any). TDF Exchange & Buy Back Excel
Please Note:

In case of any discount given during the original purchase on the Metal (Gold & Platinum) and/or Stone (Diamond/Gemstone) value, an equivalent amount would be deducted from the Exchange amount (To qualify for this service, the Maximum value of the item purchased should be upto INR Rs. 5 lacs)
It is at the sole discretion of TheDiamondFacet.com (Inizio Jewels LLP) to judge whether an item qualifies for LIFETIME EXCHANGE OR BUY-BACK and the same needs to be sent back and accompanied with all the certificates and original packaging. To know more on exchange/return of item, read the Return/Exchange Procedure below.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

Follow the 3 below mentioned simple steps to complete your exchange/return:

Step 1: Call us on +91 8879 7878 00. Once we receive your request for an exchange or return, a return shipment kit (temper-proof package) would be sent out to your registered address.

Step 2: Pack your Jewelry using the same shipment kit (tamper-proof package). Secure the jewelry along with all the accompanying certificates, tags and invoice. Any certificate, tag or invoice not attached with the return shipment, the product will not be considered for Return or Exchange. Please read the full Terms & Conditions for Exchange/Return fulfillment below.

Step 3: When you are ready to return the package, simply get in touch with our customer service representatives who will arrange for a pick-up from your doorstep. The good news is that your package will be insured right throughout the transit as we use only secured service providers like Blue Dart.

Note: Your Exchange/Return is subject to fulfillment of certain Terms & Conditions as stated below –

Jewelry which has been engraved either by TheDiamondFacet.com or another Jeweler is not entitled for exchange or refunds.
Any item that has been worn, used, damaged or tampered with, will not be accepted for exchange at its 100% value and the buyer will have to bear an additional cost to replace the original item purchased.
Any Diamond/Gemstone/Pearl fallen off the jewellery or lost will not be eligible for exchange at its 100% value and the buyer will have to bear the cost of indemnity (compensation). Our advice to you is to inspect your item as soon as it arrives, and notify us for any defect or damage, if any.
In the event of return, if the customer fails to provide the certification of the product, the exchange will only take place once the product is reassessed at its original value in our laboratory. Also, in such an instance, the exchange will not be at 100% of its value.
The exchange value of the product will be determined by the TheDiamondFacet.com team, if purchased using any of our promotional codes, coupons or discounts
The purchased item cannot be exchanged more than once while availing of the 30 DAYS EXCHANGE POLICY.
Please note TheDiamondFacet.com reserves the right to exchange the product based on quality assessment report received from the laboratory.
Shipping Charges for a product returned under LIFETIME EXCHANGE AND BUY-BACK POLICY will be charged a nominal fee of Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred Only) for each side of shipment.
Any loss of original certificate would cost Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred Only).
All Labor/Making/Engraving Charges (if any) will not be payable under LIFETIME EXCHANGE AND BUY-BACK POLICY

Damaged and Used Items

It is advised that you check the products as soon as you receive the same, with regards to any fault or damaged. Kindly notify the same within 30 days from the date of delivery and we shall arrange for replacement. However, failing to do so within 30 working days will not be acceptable for any refunds.
Returned merchandise must be undamaged, in the original form, and in "new and unused condition." Items showing obvious signs of ‘wear’ or alteration by a jeweler other than TDF will not be accepted. NOTE: Every product comes with a security tag which needs to be intact, breaking this Tag will void your 30 Days return/refund.
Items sent to our office without proper packages and shipped beyond the 30-day return period, will not be eligible for refunds.

Personal information

Any personal information entered or submitted whilst placing an order with TDF would remain on highly secured servers, until the orders are downloaded and processed.
You agree to the use of the Personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information that you have provided may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
Such data is not sold to any outsider and all necessary measures are taken to safeguard the obtained data.
We will not be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data whilst ordering or browsing the website.

Liability

We ensure timely delivery of the products, but in an event where we cannot deliver the products due to some unforeseen events out of our control, in such a case we shall strive to contact you in order to reschedule the delivery time. TDF does not warrant or guarantee the delivery date specified in the order confirmation and shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, expenses or other claims that you may incur as a result of failure of timely delivery.
TDF’s total liability will be limited ‘only’ to the total price of the products ordered by you.
TDF does not bear any liability for any loss or damage of any nature arising from any breach of any express or implied guarantee. This includes financial loss, personal injury, sickness and death.
TDF does not bear any liability arising out of any defects from any design, if any adjustments, alterations or any other modification has been carried out to the products by any third person, who is not authorized by TDF.

If any provision in these terms and conditions is prohibited by law or judged by a court to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, the provision shall, to the extent required, be severed and rendered ineffective as far as possible without modifying the remaining provisions and shall not in any way affect any other circumstances of or the validity or enforcement of these terms and conditions.
The website, its contents, terms and conditions and contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Law, any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice to you.

We sell only certified and hallmarked products.
All the products at TDF are certified by 3rd party laboratories, i.e., from IGI, EGL, SGL. All the products are hallmarked by the government agencies.

Rates

The rates may change from time to time at the sole discretion of the company and the company is not liable to inform in advance regarding the changes in the rates
The rates would be calculated at the time of purchasing the product
We charge a 3% GST on all our products which are payable to the government.
