  10. TheDiamondFacet is proud to offer Price Match Guarantee. However, for reasons like metal and stone (gold/platinum/diamond) rate fluctuation; you may see some variation in the price.

    NOTE: The price match guarantee is applicable for like-to-like products, i.e. products with the exact same specifications, of the very same quality with accompanying certificates from the same independent laboratories. In case you come across a like-to-like piece of jewelry with a price lower than TheDiamondFacet with any online or offline retail store or vendor, please feel free to email us a link to their product page with the entire product details. Delivery

  1. How much does it cost me to have a TheDiamondFacet product delivered to my home?
  2. TheDiamondFacet provides free shipping on all items within India. 


  3. What is the estimated delivery time? 
  4. Our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you. We have several products under the Same Day Shipping section on our website. These are ready to ship products and will be delivered to your address within 2 to 10 business days. You may contact our team at +91 8879 7878 00 or [email protected] for the same.

    The rest of our products are 'Made to Order' and it would take us between 2 to 19 business (working) days to safely deliver these jewelry pieces to you. This would include the time taken to individually handcraft each product and ship it to your delivery address.

    Please note that the business days mentioned do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Festive Holidays.


  5. How will the delivery be done? 
  6. We process all our deliveries only through reputed and established courier services. Please check if we deliver to your pincode before placing an order on TheDiamondFacet.com website. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.


  7. How safe is my product? 
  8. Your jewelry is shipped in durable, tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. Your jewelry is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services for all our orders. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with. Do let us know in any such event. 


  9. Does TheDiamondFacet deliver internationally? 
  10. TheDiamondFacet currently accepts orders and ships only in India, but in the near future we would start with shipping to US, UK, Canada, Australia, EU (Whole of Europe) and many other countries as well.


  11. Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order? 
  12. Until your order is ready to be shipped, you can change the shipping address. Please contact our team at +91 8879 7878 00 for assistance.

    For orders that are ready for dispatch, we would only be able to reship it to your new address as soon as the consignment is returned back to us.

    However, for international deliveries (once we start), we would not be able to reship the product to your new address. In such scenario, it is requested to double check your address before placing the order.


  13. Do You Deliver to A Different Address Other Than My Billing Address? 
  14. If you wish to arrange the delivery of your item to an alternate address (other than your billing address), we would be more than happy to help you out. For such a request, we require identification documents to safeguard our buyers from fraudulent activities. Details of these will be sent to you via email once we receive your request.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. What is your Money Back Policy? 
  2. TheDiamondFacet offers a 30 DAYS EXCHANGE AND MONEY BACK POLICY. After your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with the item purchased, we gladly offer you an exchange or a refund at its full 100% order value.

    For the items to qualify for any exchange or a complete 100% refund, they must be in their original state and must be returned to us with all the accompanied certificates and original packaging. Every product comes with a Security Tag which needs to be intact, as breaking this tag will void your 30 DAYS EXCHANGE AND MONEY BACK POLICY and hence you shall not be eligible for the same. Please note that the purchased item cannot be exchanged more than once while availing of the 30 days exchange policy. Additionally, you are also entitled to Free Return Shipping with our 30 days exchange policy and money back policy.


  3. Will you withhold any shipping charges when I return the product within 30 days? 
  4. No. You are entitled to Free Return Shipping if you return any product within 30 days of receipt of your order shipment at your doorstep.


  5. Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you? 
  6. We offer Free Return Shipping if the item is returned to us within 30 days. You'll receive complimentary return shipping on all resizing, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 30 DAYS EXCHANGE AND MONEY BACK POLICY. However, if you return any item beyond 30 days, a nominal fee of Rs 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred Only) would be charged to you for return shipping. Please refer to your Return/Exchange Policy for further details.


  7. How do I return the product to TheDiamondFacet within 30 days? 
  8. Follow the 3 below mentioned simple steps to complete your exchange/return: 


    Step 1: Call us on +91 8879 7878 00. Once we receive your request for an exchange or return, a return shipment kit (temper-proof package) would be sent out to your registered address.


    Step 2: Pack your Jewelry using the same shipment kit (tamper-proof package). Secure the jewelry along with all the accompanying certificates, tags and invoice. Any certificate, tag or invoice not attached with the return shipment, the product will not be considered for Return or Exchange. Please read the full Terms & Conditions for Exchange/Return fulfillment below.


    Step 3: When you are ready to return the package, simply get in touch with our customer service representatives who will arrange for a pick-up from your doorstep. The good news is that your package will be insured right throughout the transit as we use only secured service providers like Blue Dart.


    Note: Your exchange is subject to fulfillment of certain Terms & conditions as stated below – 

    • Jewelry which has been engraved either by TheDiamondFacet.com or another Jeweler is not entitled for exchange or refunds. 
    • Any item that has been worn, used, damaged or tampered with, will not be accepted for exchange at its 100% value and the buyer will have to bear an additional cost to replace the original item purchased. 
    • Any Diamond/Gemstone/Pearl fallen off the jewellery or lost will not be eligible for exchange at its 100% value and the buyer will have to bear the cost of indemnity (compensation). Our advice to you is to inspect your item as soon as it arrives, and notify us for any defect or damage, if any. 
    • In the event of return, if the customer fails to provide the certification of the product, the exchange will only take place once the product is reassessed at its original value in our laboratory. Also, in such an instance, the exchange will not be at 100% of its value. 
    • The exchange value of the product will be determined by the TheDiamondFacet.com team, if purchased using any of our promotional codes, coupons or discounts. 
    • The purchased item cannot be exchanged more than once while availing of the 30 DAYS EXCHANGE POLICY. 
    • Please note TheDiamondFacet.com reserves the right to exchange the product based on quality assessment report received from the laboratory. 
    • Shipping Charges for a product returned under LIFETIME EXCHANGE AND BUY-BACK POLICY will be charged a nominal fee of Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred Only) for each side of shipment.
    • Any loss of original certificate would cost Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred Only)
    • All Labor/Making/Engraving Charges (if any) will not be payable under LIFETIME EXCHANGE AND BUY-BACK POLICY

  10. The Diamond Facet is pleased to offer a LIFETIME EXCHANGE AND BUY-BACK SERVICE for diamond-studded jewellery, gemstone jewellery and on all solitaires. Below table showcases all the rates/values/deductions (if any).

    Please Note:

    • In case of any discount given during the original purchase on the Metal (Gold & Platinum) and/or Stone (Diamond/Gemstone) value, an equivalent amount would be deducted from the Exchange amount (To qualify for this service, the Maximum value of the item purchased should be up to Rs. 5 lacs)
    • It is at the sole discretion of TheDiamondFacet.com (Inizio Jewels LLP) to judge whether an item qualifies for LIFETIME EXCHANGE OR BUY-BACK and the same needs to be sent back and accompanied with all the certificates and original packaging.     • In all cases, the current market value will be determined by TheDiamondFacet.com
